  • Custom Material Ordering: No materials will be ordered until a signed contract is received and the initial deposit is paid.


3. Payment Terms and Cancellations

  • Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate any custom window or door order.
  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due immediately upon substantial completion of the installation or delivery of the products.
  • Cancellation Limits: Custom-ordered products cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once the manufacturer begins production.


4. Lead Times and Project Delays

  • Estimated Timelines: Shipping and installation dates are estimates only and depend heavily on external manufacturer timelines.
  • Liability Limitations: We are not liable for project delays caused by supply chain shortages, shipping damage, or severe weather.


5. Scope of Work and Installation Disclaimers

  • Included Services: Installation covers the standard removal of old units and the proper fitting of new windows or doors.
  • Excluded Services: Painting, interior drywall repair, siding modification, and structural framing alterations are not included in standard pricing.
  • Hidden Damage: We are not responsible for fixing pre-existing rotted wood, structural mold, or insect damage discovered during installation.
  • Additional Costs: Rectifying hidden structural issues will require a separate change order and additional fees.


6. Warranty and Product Performance

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Windows and doors are subject strictly to the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
  • Glass Performance: We do not guarantee against natural condensation on exterior glass surfaces or eventual argon gas dissipation.
  • Installation Warranty: Labor warranties apply only if our certified team performs the installation.


7. Communication Consent

  • Lead Forms: Submitting your phone number or email on our site gives us consent to contact you regarding your request.
  • Opt-In Rules: By checking request boxes, you agree to receive project updates via automated SMS or promotional emails.
